- Candidate should Monitoring Pre-joining formalities till joining - conducting interviews, salary negotiation, issuing Offer letters.
- Candidate should Developing and managing strong business relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.
- Candidate should Preparing and distributing required reports and communications to hiring managers and designated members of management.
- Candidate should Maintaining relationships and agreements with recruitment agencies and various sources for high-quality candidates.
- Candidate should Developing and maintaining business relationships with candidates.
Skills Required and Eligibility :
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working 6 days a week i.e. Monday to Saturday.
- Candidate should have Ability to deliver under pressure.
