- Candidates should have be expert in Root Cause Analysis.
- Candidates should mentoring of N2/N3 level Engineers.
- Candidates should attending weekly Review calls with Client.
- Candidates should be writing Tech documents covering best practices & Tshoot approaches for a product/issue.
- Candidates should co-ordinate with Advance TAC & Cross functional teams on complicated issues.
- Candidates should troubleshoot Level 3 Network issues of Enterprise customers (US/CAN region).
