Candidate should have to process/Issue return authorizations to customers as requested.
Candidate should be determining the cause of the issue and preparing reports on the status of all disputes.
Candidate should have to perform all necessary data entry for processing the resolution of the dispute.
Candidate should have to suggest and recommend process changes to eliminate future disputes of a similar nature.
Candidate should have ability to communicate with customers regarding the status of accounts receivable and related credits in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.
Candidate should have to establish and maintain goals of resolution within required business policies.
Candidate should have to research and investigate escalated customer claims resulting in a credit, return, and/or dispute for a thorough and timely resolution.
