Job Required :
- Candidates should be responsible for Hardware Monitoring, Network Monitoring, Backup Monitoring etc.
- Candidates should Work on servers and monitoring tool like AS 400, IBM Tivoli, HP Ovo.
- Candidates have to Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS Netback up and Backup Exec.
- Candidates should be responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis, and setup of PC-based software products (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, database management systems, electronic mail, and communications).
- Candidates have to work on troubleshooting client software and basic network connectivity problems.
- Candidates have Managing and Maintaining the whole IT Infrastructure System.
- Candidates have fundamental knowledge of Networks.
- Candidates should be expertise in Technical troubleshooting, Windows & Servers monitoring, Active Directory, Incident Management, Ticketing tools.
- Candidates have experience on Production UNIX, Windows Servers and Networking Concepts.
- Candidates should have knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007.
- Candidates have ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center.
- Candidates have user account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists etc.
- Candidates have remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools.
- Candidates have MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007): MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, and MS Visio.
- Candidates should have Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
- Candidates have VPN and remote dial-in users.
- Candidates have knowledge of Windows Operating systems.
- Candidates should works on Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000.
- Candidates have good command in spoken & written English is mandatory.
- Candidates have ability to successfully provide hardware/software/network problem analysis and resolution.
- Candidates should be from B-Tech, B.C.A., B.sc - Computers ( B-Tech any branch apart from Civil can apply).
- Candidates should also from M-Tech, M.C.A., M.sc - Computers ( M-Tech any branch apart from Civil can apply).
- Candidates should be pass out year 2013, 2014 and 2015.
