Job Required :
- Candidates should be responsible for Hardware Monitoring, Network Monitoring, Backup Monitoring etc.Prioritize & resolve the incident as per the defined matrix.
- Candidates have to monitor the Service Desk tool for open, and pending incidents.
- Candidates have to update incident status to users periodically & as per the communication standards as and when the status changes.
- Candidates have to co-ordinate with Vendors and carry out escalation when appropriate.
- Candidates vendors coordination and Vendors Performance Reports as per schedule.
- Candidates escalation of calls to various levels based on SLA.
- Candidates have to Identify and resolove chronic calls and problem.
- Candidates have co-ordination with HMCL for technical problems logged at the Service Desk.
- Candidates should report generation and analysis.
- Candidates services will be delivered in adherence to HMCLs process framework for service delivery.
- Candidates should Logging user complaints received through phone, email, and web.
- Candidtates allocating calls to onsite/ field service engineers.
- Candidates should assign severity level to each call as per the predefined definitions.
- Candidates should call tracking and closing.
- Candidates have to set documents for the companys worked-Offer letter, salary slip, and Experience letter.
- Candidates should have around 2 to 4 Years of overall experience in IT & Technical troubleshooting, with at least 1 year of experience in managing teams.
- Candidates have ITIL knowledge preferred Good understanding of Technology.
- Candidates have good problem solving skills, analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable for 24*7 shifts.
- Candidate should be a graduate i.e-10+2+3 or 10+2+4 from affiliated university.
