Job Description :
- Candidates should have basic Knowledge of UNIX based operating system, i.e. SUSE and Redhat Linux.
- Candidates have 1+ year experience in remote technical support. Basic Linux and SQL knowledge.
- Candidates should be graduate preferably BCA/MCA/BTech or any other graduate with Computer background.
- Candidates have good communication skills for call handling.
- Candidates have to Customer service and technical troubleshooting.
- Candidates should exceeding call quality and efficiency standards.
- Candidates should be adherence to Process, Policy & Procedures.
- Candidates meeting and exceeding client SL.
- Candidates have good written and Verbal communication skills.
- Candidates have analysis/troubleshoot the issue to find the root cause.
