- Candidates have build pipelines of exceptional talent by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, events, tools, referrals and other creative ways to build the candidate pipeline.
- Candidates strategically approach and develop relationships with passive and hard to find talent, cultivating these relationships over time.
- Candidates should capture, document competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts for various factors.
- Candidates adhere and follow quality systems, processes and policies.
- Candidates comply to training and specifications.
- Candidates should be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions.
