Job Details and Description :
- Candidates should have to ensure scheme communication and enrollment of respective retailer.
- Candidates will capture product feedback from both consumers and retailers and share the same.
- Candidates have to perform train retailers & promoters on new products, provide Soft Skills training to promotor.
- Candidates have to ensure the upkeep of company’s asset like shop board, In shop and SIS at Retail outlet.
- Candidates will be responsible for appointment, training, Skill development & productivity of LREs.
- Candidates will perform identification of outlets for LAVA Retail Executive(In Shop Promoters) deployment.
- Candidates should have to verify placement of stocks as per the norms and ensure the proper placement and utilization of DEMOs and Dummies handsets at Retail outlet.
- Candidates should also ensure accuracy of universe data by benchmarking and auditing.
Skills Required :
- Candidates should be Sincere & Hardworking.

- Candidates should have good communication skills.
- Ready to work in shifts duties.
SALARY OFFERED : 2.5 Lac (during probation)
