Job Detail and Description :
- Candidate should have to ensure that Loan Documents mentioned on the process checklist are available in the Imaging system.
- Candidates should have to perform Data Entry of around 269 fields on client Loan Origination Platform/system.
- Candidates will perform indexing of Loan Documents of the borrower per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Candidates will figure out discrepancies in the information entered on the system against the loan documents.
- Candidates should have to pull up various loan documents from clients imaging system to find required information to be entered.
- Candidates have to maintain daily production sheet (Excel).
- Candidates will also meet client deadlines/SLA in regards to Quality & Productivity on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Candidates hsould have to also Process loans on client software.
Eligibility Criteria Required :
- Candidates should have Typing Speed of 25 - 30 words per minute, Accuracy: 90-95%.
- Candidates should have good Analytical skills, Listening skills.
- Candidates also be familiar with MS office.
- Candidates should also have good communication skills.
