Job Description:
1. Candidates should have to provide quick problem solving including,fixing errors, creating alternative methods of completing a task, correcting user errors and correcting system inconsistencies.

4. Candidates have to do supervision to customer service and training to clients.

7. Candidates should work software engineering, product management and technical consultant teams for up to date information on the tickets and escalations.
