Job Description:
1. Candidates should ready to work in shifts.
2. Candidates should have basic knowledge of operating systems.
3. Candidates should have ability to troubleshooting Lotus notes client end issues, archive emails etc.
4. Candidates should have to perform troubleshooting of Anti-Virus software issues & should be able to configure Anti-Virus software.
5. Candidates should have to ability to troubleshoot general operating system issues with Win XP & Win 7.
6. Candidates have to configure & troubleshoot network printers.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates should have good communication skills.
2. Candidates should be graduate affiliated university.
3. Candidates should be pass out of 2014 batch.
