Job Description :
1. Candidates should have to achieve sales targets and provide Customer service by managing assigned portfolio of customers for the Bank through phone.
2. Candidates should also have to achieve the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the relationships.
3. Candidates should be responsible for ensuring high quality service ,Key Customer Relationship Management & achievement of targets on all product level campaigns.
4. Candidates should have good knowledge of Consumer Banking products, Life Insurance, General Insurance etc.
5. Candidates should be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships of the bank by leveraging its multiple products portfolio.
6. Candidates have to enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account & saving account customers.
7. Candidates should have to provide financial products to meet customer needs.
8. Candidates should have to inbound/ outbound calls to customers.
9. Candidates should have a sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
