Job Description:
1. Candidates have to monitors production schedules and ensures production jobs complete successfully without issues.
2. Candidates should Provides end user and routine or basic support of enterprise platforms and services.
3. Candidates should ensures complete and timely hand-off of incidents to other support teams as appropriate.
4. Candidates have to participates as a member of an Information Technology (IT) technical team.
5. Candidates have to performs basic analysis of functional or service requirements.
6. Candidates have to implements the end-user or enterprise infrastructure or services as prepared by more senior engineers.
7. Candidates have performs work assigned by others.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates should have good communication skills.
2. Candidates have experience in scripting and programming language.
3. Candidates should have experience in infrastructure environments.
4. Candidates also have experience in business Information Technology (IT) applications such as supply chain, customer relationship mgmt, Human Resources (HR), finance.
5. Candidates should have knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) reference model.
6. Candidates should have knowledge of problem analysis and solutioning of infrastructure and business application environments.
