Job Description:

1. Candidate Should Placing calls to the insurance companies to verify patient's health insurance eligibility/benefits and verification/notification of authorization.

2. Candidate Should Document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.

3. Candidate Should Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.

4. Candidate Should have Regular Attendance.

5. Candidate Should Work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.

Job Requirements:

1. Applying Candidate Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.

2. Applying Candidate Should have excellent communication skills in English.

3. Applying Candidate Should Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
