Job Description:
1. Candidate Should Work with Business Analyst clients to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions.
2. Candidate Should Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team.
3. Candidate Should also advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing.
4. Candidate Should Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan.
5. Candidate Should coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams.
6. Candidate Should Work on several projects simultaneously in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers.
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Should Identify root cause for Problems, and develop workarounds.
2. Candidate Should Identify recurring issues and also work with application developer.
3. Candidate Should Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
4. Candidate Should be Responsible for adhering to the ITIL framework while supporting applications using the tools provided.
5. Candidate Should have Ability to debug/troubleshoot is highly essential.
Qualifications:
1. In the Position of Systems Analyst, Candidate will be joining a team of IT professionals who are focused on supporting and delivering solutions in various groups in various fields.
2. Candidate Should have Knowledge on .NET, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5 and Database like SQL or Oracle.
3. Candidates Should also have good understanding of the web content systems like Adobe CQ, identity management systems and XML standards to allow for integrating applications at an enterprise standard.
4. Candidate Should have Ability to showcase small POC's to buy off on a concept is a must.
