SKILLS & JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Candidate should generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
- Candidate should maintenance of all I-9s - both current and terminated.
- Candidate should do accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.
- Candidate should maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
- Candidate should compile class list each week to be given to training and scheduling. Provide general support for the HR department including copying, faxing, typing, and supply maintenance.
