- Candidate be on relevant Payroll system.
- Candidate have knowledge of Word, Excel, e-mail.
- Candidate have customer facing experience & using of telephony.
- Candidate resolve own day to day problems within the confines of established policies, practices and procedures.
- Candidate have to make suggestions to resolve more complex issues to Team Lead or Team Manager as appropriate.
- Candidate have to escalate/resolve any potential problems that fall outside of own job area, making recommendations if possible e.g. systems failure, telephony failure etc. Deal with customers within client organisations on a day to day basis.
- Candidate have to take ownership of queries and problems raised by the customer.
- Candidate have to deliver service to meet contractual obligations, client satisfaction and service level agreements.
