JOB DESIGNATION : Customer Support Engineer/Technician
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Candidate should have minimum 3yr experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote.
Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experence into providing L2 Support.
Candidate should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
Candidate should have basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools.
Candidate should have good Communication Skills is must.
Candidates should be open to work in 24*7shifts environments.
Candidate should be good in terms of communication as its for one of the international customer.
