JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS :

• Candidate should have to take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
• Candidates should deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database.
• Candidate should have troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
• Candidate should have to provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
• Candidate should have good Communication skills are required.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts.
