JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Candidates should be managing, organising and updating relevant data in database applications.
- Candidates should receive & Record calls from Vendors / BP with regard to Payment status.
- Candidates should have to investigate vendor queries and respond to clients.
- Candidates should have daily processing of calls received within assigned turnaround time.
- Candidates should have awareness of the clients business, operational activities, and processes.
- Candidates should have basic Understanding of Customer Service.
- Candidates should have performing the regular standard tasks of vendor Invoice processing , employee T&E (or) Vendor set-up functions.
- Candidates should have operations activities including handling queries / problem solving routed thru e-mails (or) 1-800 #.
- Candidates should have excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken).
- Candidates have good MS Excel and Word skills.
- Candidates have team spirit and good attitude.
- Candidates should have to participate in harmonization of processes between client and third parties.
- Candidates have escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
