Job & Skills Description :
- Candidate should greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Candidate should clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Candidate interface with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like Internet, DTH, Desktop, laptop and Printers.
- Candidate should troubleshoot Customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
- Candidate should support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
- Candidate should have Salary up to 26,000 & attractive Incentives amount.
- Candidate should excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate should flexible with 24/7 Environment.
