EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 2 - 4 Years
JOB WORKING LOCATION : Hyderabad
Job Description :
- Candidate should perform duties accountable for resolving customer emails/ request/ issues.
- Candidate should be initiating and executing Service Agreements, Account set up, Account cancellation.
- Candidate should perform dispute management, Account reconciliation and collections.
- Candidate should be effectively partner with other stake holder in resolving customer issues and overall customer satisfaction.
- Candidate should also establish and successfully manage internal and external customer relationship.
- Candidate should be responsible for managing customer accounts which includes end to end customer support in aerospace right from account set up to processing payment.
- Candidate should also coordinate with Credit Analyst, Field Service Engineer (FSE), Customer Business Manager (CBM), Sales and Product support Engineer to ensure that our customers are supported in an efficient and effective manner.
