Skills and Eligibility Required :
- Candidate should have to maintenance of all I-9s - both current and terminated.
- Candidate should have to do accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.
- Candidate should have to maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
- Candidate should have to compile class list each week to be given to training and scheduling.
- Candidate should have to provide general support for the HR department including copying, faxing, typing, and supply maintenance.
- Candidate should have to interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
- Candidate should have to provide input to manager regarding hiring decisions.
- Candidate should have to administer typing and math tests to all applicants.
- Candidate should have to generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
