Skills and Eligibility Required :
  • Candidate should have to perform store Operations & Audit / Compliance.
  • Candidate should have to do adherence of Store Operations in line with pre-defined SOPs.
  • Candidate should have to ensure that the look and feel of the store is as per guidelines/standards.
  • Candidate should have to perform track efficient Cash handling; prevent shoplifting / ensure safety and security.
  • Candidate should have to do visual merchandising as per plan / guidelines.
  • Candidate should have to perform inventory and stock management to prevent stock-outs or excess Inventory.
  • Candidate should have to do KPI reporting as per guidelines and on-time.
  • Candidate should have to be accountable for clearing store for formal launch as per pre-defined procedure across dimensions (e.g. manpower/ furniture & fittings/ IT/ device inventory).
  • Candidate should have to manage closure of current store during refit & conversion.
