Job Description :
- Candidates should do troubleshooting of dell laptops.
- Candidates should be responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
- Candidates should perform diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
- Candidates should verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
- Candidates should applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
- Candidates should do documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
- Candidates should provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
