Job Description :

Candidates should have planning and organising skills. Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule tickets.
Candidates should have to take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues, problems and tasks assigned within the team/s.
Candidates should have excellent understanding and hands-on of MS Office, Excel, Power point.
Candidates should have service Level Management-Ensure tickets are Responded & Resolved within the agreed timeline/SLA.
Candidates should have to diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize any downtime.
Candidates should have understanding of Ticket Process - Incident /Service Request Preferred Understanding to Coordinate with Vendor/ Principle.
Candidates should have to install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorised desktop applications.
Candidates should have to install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
Candidates should have to performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
