Job Description :

Candidates should have common tasks include troubleshooting user desktop issues, building and configuring new PC's, performing various updates.
Candidates should providing remote support for branch offices. Other areas of responsibility are LAN support, break/fix, software/hardware upgrades, patch management, Anti-Virus management, image management, application installs, user support and training, etc.
Candidates should support to the organization's server and end user systems including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices and applications.
Candidates should interfaces mainly with internal employees and departments with some interaction with external clients.
Candidates should have to IT Equipment and Supplies Procurement.
Candidates should have to Hardware/Software installs and upgrades.
Candidates should have to Patch/Updates Management.
Candidates should have User Support and Training.
Candidates should have to Manage IT Department documentation.
Candidates should have to perform Preventive Maintenance.
Candidates should have Basic LAN Support.
Candidates should have to Active Directory support.
Candidates should have to maintain detailed and up-to-date licenses and hardware/software inventory.
Candidates should have Laptop/desktop Deployments and Break/Fix/Troubleshooting (Windows and Macs).
