Job Required :
- Candidates should be developing and managing Candidate pool.
- Candidates should have attracts new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references.
- Candidates have to maintain call cycles for selected pool of candidates.
- Candidates have to maintain relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates.
- Candidate have to arrange interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.
- Candidates have to supervised time management (weekly).
- Candidates have to achieve monthly targets for temporary & permanent placements.
- Candidates should have to handle end to end recruitment.
