Job Description :
- Candidate should be able to maintain professional demeanour under stress.
- Candidate should take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues, problems and tasks assigned within the team/s.
- Candidate should be planning and organising skills. Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule tickets.
- Candidate should perform service Level Management-Ensure tickets are Responded & Resolved within the agreed timeline/SLA.
- Candidate should diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize any downtime.
- Candidate should understanding of Ticket Process - Incident /Service Request Preferred Understanding to Coordinate with Vendor/ Principle.
- Candidate should install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
- Candidate should performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
- Candidate should be responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, desktop or laptops that has authorized access to the network.
