Job Description:
- Candidate should track the department action items taken from ST and AT MOMs.
- New joiners logistics management and tracking their mentoring plan.
- Candidate should work with Dept head and PMs to identify the skill and competency gaps and prepare the training plan.
- Organize and track the trainings at Dept level as per the plan(including management of the training content).
- Candidate should consolidate and Provide the data from different QAs and software managers to Dept head to help prepare the monthly department report.
- Candidate should Organize the CT meetings(Record the MOM and track them).
- Logistics arrangement for the Team(dept) events and dept team buildings.
- Candidate should maintain documents related to department regulations/processes with the support of QAs.
- Candidate should Managing the dept fund/budget.
- Candidate should Assist Dept head in tracking some day to day business issues.
- Candidate should Assist in Capturing Metrics, Lessons Learned and publication of good practices to all the teams in dept.
- Candidate should Co-ordinate and track the BL initiatives/tasks(help BL associates to consolidate department data).
- Candidate should Co-ordinate or work with BL associate to re-solve the member issues, when required.
