Job Description :
- Candidate should provide input to manager regarding hiring decisions.
- Candidate should administer typing and math tests to all applicants.
- Candidate should generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
- Candidate should maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
- Candidate should compile class list each week to be given to training and scheduling.
- Candidate should provide general support for the HR department including copying, faxing, typing, and supply maintenance.
- Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate should have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Candidate should have ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
- Candidate should have ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
