Job Description :
- Candidate should responsible for service delivery for a region/country with responsibility to manage a team of 20- 30 FTEs.
- Candidate should responsible for validation and approval of journals.
- Candidate should responsible for review and attestation of reconciliations.
- Candidate should responsible for smooth month end closure.
- Candidate should take ownership for improvement projects and collaborate with the clients to improve service delivery.
- Candidate will act as a first point of escalation for the offshore team and ensures timely response to emails and escalation; Escalates issues pro-actively to the client team to ensure Zero Surprises.
- Candidate should responsible for effective people management and appraisals.
- Candidate should have copy of your updated resume.
- Candidate should have one passport photograph.
- Candidate should have last 3 Months Pay slip.
- Candidate should have appointment letter and relieving letter from Last organization.
