Eligibility Criteria Required :
- Candidates should be responsible for conducting calibration with all the stakeholders of business to ensure standards.
- Candidates should have to report contact handling performance and statistics through monitoring and test contact evaluation.
- Candidates should be responsible for monitoring agent (both call and transaction) - customer interactions against client specified policies and procedures.
- Candidates have to review evaluations, maintain call recordings for audits.
- Candidates have to participate in huddle sessions, share inputs with Team members related to error trends, process updates and tech issues.
- Candidates should work in close tandem with Asst. Mgrs and SME's on the process for an excellent team and process performance.
- Candidates should have to review evaluations, maintain call recordings for audits.
- Candidates should have to prepare performance evaluations and documenting contact-handling procedures.
- Candidates should also prepare TNAs basis the audit done and coordinate with the training team to ensure the TNA is executed.
- Candidates should have to report contact handling performance and statistics through daily and weekly reports.
- Candidates should be provide domain knowledge & track external & internal escalations.
