Job Description Required :
- Candidates should bridge opening/handling and coordination with Service Owners and stakeholders as per the list provided.
- Candidates should have to perform 24/7 monitoring of network, DB, Applications and Servers for availability, capacity and performance.
- Candidates should follow the event management processes as defined.
- Candidates should timely ticket update, notification and tracking of the incidents including the critical incidents.
- Candidates should handle and classify Alerts, Service Requests and Emails.
- Candidates should incident recording, Validation and Qualification.
- Candidates should have to follow service management processes established by Cadence.
- Candidates should have to perform Ping , Telnet and basic routine task execution basis scripted document/ SOPs.
