Job Description Required :
- Candidates should provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries over the voice based phone service.
- Candidates should troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
- Candidates should meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Candidates should also support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology vertical.
- Candidates should also clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Candidates should confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Candidates should prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
