- Candidate should Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues.
- Candidate should Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
- Candidate should do Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
- Candidate should Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN
- Candidate should Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.
- Candidate should Inbound Customer service, general information related to customers account/billing query etc.
- Candidate should take Information related to customer order for new connection.
- Skills :
- Candidate should have excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent.
- Candidate should Willing to Work in Night/ Rotational Shifts.
- Candidate should have Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting.
