DESCRIPTION OF JOB :
- Candidates have respond to phone and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Candidates have to maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company's product line.
- Candidates should have to manage lead list, generating lead calls within set SLA guidelines to generate opportunities.
- Candidates have to Lead generating and Performs cold calling duties.
- Candidates must be able to describe products and match their advantages to customer needs.
- Candidates able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, business information services, and CRM applications.
- Candidates should requires the ability to work cooperatively on a team with other sales representatives.
- Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside sales or Cold calling or lead generation or experience in phone sales.
- Candidates have to requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanor.
- Candidates must have exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills.
