- Candidate should have excellent communications skills both written & verbal.
- Candidates should be BCA/BCS graduate or Diploma in IT.
- Candidates should have proficiency in Active Directory, Windows 2003/2007 , Incident Management, ITIL (Certified / Trained).
- Candidates should have helpdesk professionals with 1 to 3 years.
- Candidates should also have experience in Technical / Semi-Technical Helpdesk experience for Level 0 and Level 1 activities.
- Candidates should have to exposure to ticket administration tools such as Service Now / Remedy, Citrix working knowledge, RDP, Cisco / Avaya Account Administration.
- Candidates should proficiency in MS Excel.
