Job Description :
1. Candidates should able to pull the data and prepare reports + do basic analysis.
2. Candidates should have understanding of Ticket process such as Incidents or service requests.
3. Candidates should have experience in ticket/call coordination with users or engineers.
4. Candidates should have to handle or receive calls/issues of users.
5. Candidates should have knowledge of MS Excel.
6. Candidates should have to understand the ticket SLA and focus on meeting targets.
7. Candidates should be experience in process of logging tickets and allocation.
8. Candidates have knowledge of Patch management, Infosec / AV updates process.
9. Candidates should know to coordinate with vendors/principles.
