Job Description :
1. Candidates should be responsible for leading the development of the health and safety management system ensuring it is kept current and issued to all relevant parties.
2. Candidates will have to lead and facilitate the production of the monthly health and safety performance reports and ensure all key measures are delivered and accurately reported.
3. Candidates will be working on management of SH&W incident reporting requirements.
4. Candidates should work closely with the senior team in the continuing development of the Operating Unit (OU) health and safety strategy.
5. Candidates will performing management of incident reporting and compliance also OHSAS 18001 certification & ongoing accreditation.
6. Candidates will be encouraging and integrating innovation and cost-effective working methods.
7. Candidates should be leading and manage the development of health and safety system tools ensuring they are effective and data/records are current and maintained.
8. Candidates have to contribute to the development of an Injury-Free Environment across Skanska.
9. Candidates should lead a team of Health and Safety Advisor(s) and /or Administrator(s) in delivering a high level of performance.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates should have experience of working to a senior level.
2. Candidates should have a track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, preferably within the health and safety sectors.
3. Candidates should have good communication skills.
4. Candidates should have a strong background in developing and improving management systems within the health and safety sectors.
