Job Description :
1. Candidate will work as part of the Dedicated Network Monitoring Team within the Customer Services Team.
2. Candidates should also responsible to report faults to fault fix team within defined SLA.
3. Candidate should minimize the risk of network downtime through continual monitoring of network elements and links.
4. Candidate should also responsible for Real time Network Monitoring and Fault Reporting of VGSPL network.
5. Candidate will also have exposure to large scale IP networks, Cisco devices and other Vodafone products offered to customers across the world.
6. The Candidate who are in Dedicated network monitoring group works closely with multiple groups within and outside the organization.
7. Candidate should have basic understanding of telecommunications technology and hardware is mandatory.
8. Candidate should monitoring of the customer network within defined SLA.
9. Candidate should also notifying the customer and internal stakeholders of the fault and the impact to the network.
10. Candidate should be creating trouble tickets for investigation by other teams.
11. Candidate should also Interaction with the service desks ,first line teams and key IT contacts.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates should have good technical and analytical skills.
2. Candidates should be ready to work in shifts.
3. Candidate should have basic networking knowledge of OSI Layer, TCP/IP Suite, Basic Routing and Switching.
4. Candidate should also have working knowledge of desktop applications.
5. Candidate should have Methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Candidate should be very Competitive and Ambitious and able to work with the team.
7. Candidates should have working experience on NOC environment.
8. Candidates should have Engineering academic background (engineering diploma acceptable) and have CCNA certified.
