Job Description:
1. Candidates will involves in resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
2. Candidates have to answer technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
3. Candidates will be a member of the Support organization and focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
4. Candidates will be responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
5. Candidates primary task will be to provide level one support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates will have Shell Scripting knowledge.
2. Candidates also have experience working in a hosting environments.
3. Candidates should have knowledge of Firewall / BigIP / LAN-WAN technologies.
4. Also have knowledge of configuring or working on a RAC environment.
5. Candidates should have good communication skills.
