Job Description :
1. Candidates will take action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
2. Candidates will be placing calls to the insurance companies to verify patient's health insurance eligibility/benefits and verification/notification of authorization.
3. Candidates will have to document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
4. Candidates should also work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.
5. Candidates should be adhering and achieving to ramp up targets.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates should be applying the training knowledge to the day to day work.
2. Candidates should be punctual with regular attendance on work.
3. Candidates should also ready to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
4. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English.
5. Candidates should also have 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
