Job Description :

1. Candidates should perform problem cause analysis and resolve routine customer problem.
2. Candidates should have ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements.
3. Candidates should have to involve in providing Voice & E-Mail support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.
4. Candidates have to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
5. Candidates should be working on remote Infrastructure support delivery.
6. Candidates should have ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.
7. Candidates should ensures incidents, requests and tasks in queues are completed within agreed/specific time scales.
8. Candidates have to resolve routine customer IT problem MAC based.
9. Candidates should also demonstrate time management, multi tasking ability and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Candidates should have ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.
2. Candidates should have experience in iOS/Mac support - OS issues, Mail Configuration, Setting up network, Calendar, General iOS / Mac break fix issues.
3. Candidates should have good computer skills.
4. Candidates will be ready to work in shifts duty.
5. Candidates should also have good communication skills.
6. Candidates should have good customer service orientation skills.

Hi MattHave thoroughly ejynoed your video blogs from the US. As to latest on the use of video in the wider talent attraction/acquisition strategy. There is no doubt that video is and should become a far more widely used medium, be it to advertise brand through to showing/telling about EVP and company in general. There are some outstanding examples out there (let me know if any input/participation in this respect needed, and I will send) and more and more companies are now starting to utilise this beyond the actual selling/branding of a product. In addition there is a more widespread use of video in the actual filling a job context where latest idea is to have a video of hiring manager talking about a specific role. VM ware is one exponent of this. With in many industries an ongoing competition/war for talent' that in some instances never went away even in tough economic times, converging industries and interests (try to find good strong Java people, the entire online/media/Internet world are crying out for them) there is no doubt that those with strongest and best proposition and EVP are those that will win the talent. For that reason there can be no letting up or leaving any channel unexplored and utilised, why the use of video is a must in any best practice corporate talent acquisition policy.Looking forward to Matt's 9 interviews
