Job Description:
1. Candidates should respond to Seller Queries and addressing their issues.
2. Candidates will be managing inquiries and providing resolutions through calls and emails.
3. Candidates should be acting as a primary interface for sellers and provide service on their inquiries.
4. Candidates have to handle inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates should have good Communication Skill in English & Hindi.
2. Candidates should be very confident with ability to multitask.
3. Candidates should be ready to work as a team player.
4. Candidates should be very quick in resolving problem quickly.
5. Candidates should have good knowledge of analytical and technical skill.
