Job Description :

1. Candidates should have to provide and control strategy of commercial contacts with client's representatives.

2. Candidates have also to provide commercial contact with supply chain partners through contract vetting and input to subcontract documents.

3. Candidates should have to manage, supervise, mentor and train your “reports” within the commercial structure.

4. Candidates have to attend and provide input to project start-up and close-out meetings.

5. Candidates should have to produce and negotiate insurance claims with insurer's representatives.

6. Candidates should have monitor the timely production of reliable cost reports and QF's.

7. Candidates have to perform commercial management of subcontractors including processing payments and resolving disputed issues by negotiation, if appropriate.

8. Candidates should to maintain effective communication with contract managers, project management, managing / project QS and other associated disciplines.

9. Candidates have to initiate discussions concerning project performance and provide commercial input to project strategy.

10. Candidates should have to assist in staff matters which may include: recruitment, attitude and behavioral issues, competency, retainment and staff allocation to meet a project's need.

11. Candidates should have to manage time and workloads for yourself and the commercial team in a structured manner.

13. Candidates should have to provide commercial advice to the site team, and management of all contractual issues.

14. Candidates have Input into drafting and promoting usage of Company procedures.

15. Candidates should have to supervise change management including adherence to the programme ‘established approach'.

16. Candidates have to assist to deliver commercial training to all site staff.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Candidates should have experience at quantity surveyor level.

2. Candidates have knowledge of Company health, safety, quality and environment procedures.

3. Candidates should have enhance understanding of construction law and contractual terms in all standard contract forms.

4. Candidates should have knowledge of construction procedures and working methods.

5. Candidates should also have knowledge of quantity surveying to corporate member level of ICES or RICS (preferred) or equivalent.

Job Description :

1. Candidates should be responsible for leading the development of the health and safety management system ensuring it is kept current and issued to all relevant parties.

2. Candidates will have to lead and facilitate the production of the monthly health and safety performance reports and ensure all key measures are delivered and accurately reported.

3. Candidates will be working on management of SH&W incident reporting requirements.

4. Candidates should work closely with the senior team in the continuing development of the Operating Unit (OU) health and safety strategy.

5. Candidates will performing management of incident reporting and compliance also OHSAS 18001 certification & ongoing accreditation.

6. Candidates will be encouraging and integrating innovation and cost-effective working methods.

7. Candidates should be leading and manage the development of health and safety system tools ensuring they are effective and data/records are current and maintained.

8. Candidates have to contribute to the development of an Injury-Free Environment across Skanska.

9. Candidates should lead a team of Health and Safety Advisor(s) and /or Administrator(s) in delivering a high level of performance.
