JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS REQUIRED :

Candidate should implement various associate engagement initiatives within the IBU/Department.
Candidate should ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
Candidate should be facilitating associate communication within the IBU and provides a platform to raise their concerns and opinions through regular HR Meetings, Skips and Coffee Meets.
Candidate should facilitating associate development, motivation, engagement and retention through employee development programs and various HR initiatives.
Candidate should improved associate Relations through associate counseling and mentoring.
Candidate should handle floor discipline and disciplinary requirements within the IBU.
Candidate should do management of Employee Life cycle.
Candidate should act as a facilitator in resolving associates grievances.
Candidate should provide feedback to the management on all HR issues and on company policies.
Candidate should ensure on boarding of candidates as per TAT across bands.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 1 - 5 Years
