- Candidate should continue to improve development process.
- Candidate should have to evaluate and implement new tools as needed.

- Candidate should have to perform give tech talks or organize developer panels.
- Candidate should have to build, iterate, and enhance mobile applications on iOS.
- Candidate should have to continue to evaluate innovative approaches on iOS and present new ideas to improve our offering on iOS and other mobile platforms.
- Candidate should have to partner closely with the design team to create an intuitively easy to use application for our users.
