Candidate should greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Candidate should clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Candidate interface with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like Internet, DTH, Desktop, laptop and Printers.
Candidate should troubleshoot Customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
Candidate should support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
Candidate should have Salary up to 26,000 & attractive Incentives amount.
Candidate should excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate should flexible with 24/7 Environment.
