- Candidates should have Meeting daily & Weekly targets by submitting quality candidate for our clients various vertical Projects.
- Candidates should have to complete analysis of candidates current / previous project and responsibility undertaken per project.
- Candidates should be responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals Like Dice, Monster, carrier Builder.
- Candidates should be contacting candidates and qualifying them on Skills Vs experience, area of Interest, Geographic location in US and Visa types etc. and candidates commitment towards work.
- Candidates should appropriate paperwork to be done before on boarding the candidate.
- Candidates should sending daily performance report to the Account manager.
- Candidates should active participation in Technical training, employee engagement and self development Program.
- Candidates should have building good relationship and reputation with each candidate for long term association.
- Candidates should formatting resumes according to clients requirement.
- Candidates should coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates.
